Refund policy


Smart HULA has a 14-day return policy, which means you have a grand total of 14 days after the product has been delivered or Australia Post or Sendle has attempted delivery or the item is awaiting collection. 

If your order is being returned to sender due to an incorrect address or the item not having been collected from the post office, the customer is responsible to cover a standard redelivery and processing fee of $19.99.

Return postage will be paid by the customer unless the item received was defect or incorrect (in this case we will arrange and cover the cost of the return). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you should first contact us at support@smarthula.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. You MUST follow our exact instructions so the product does not get damaged during transit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed. You can always contact us for any return question at support@smarthula.com.au.

Product Damages & Issues
Once you receive your item we request that you inspect it and ensure it is not defective or broken. If your item is broken or defective we will ensure that you are taken care of and that you get what you have paid for. If you received the wrong item we will give you instructions on how to send us back the item for a replacement. Please make sure you promptly email support@smarthula.com.au .

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We accept tsmarthula.com.au products to be returned as long as they are in the same condition you received them in. We will not accept broken or damaged items. If you send us back any of the listed then you will not be eligible for a refund and we will return your item that you sent back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please kindly note that after the 14 day period we are unable to refund you for change of mind.
