We are very excited to now offer 'try before you buy' so you can now try the Smart HULA in your own home before you commit - 100% risk free!

No upfront payment, and you will only get charged if you keep it!

Add to Cart: Use the "Try Before You Buy" button when adding items to your cart.

Checkout and Authorisation: Check out as usual, but you won’t be charged for the product unless/until you decide to keep the Smart HULA. We will temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items (like a hotel booking). It will show as pending in your account. You will only be charged for shipping.

Receive and Try: Once your order arrives, you will have 5 days to try it in your home.

Decide To Keep Or Return: We'll send you a link via email and SMS - just select your order and follow the steps. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing the order.

What is try before you buy (TBYB) option? When will I be charged?

When you checkout by clicking on 'Try Before You Buy', no funds will be taken from your account (further details on the authorisation process are above).

You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after the 5 days trying them at home.

Can I still use my discounts with TBYB?

Yes of course! Any discount codes must be applied at the time of the initial order.

Simply enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.

How does the authorisation process work?

Simply click on the 'Try Before You Buy' button, and you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout.

We will authorise your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage.

It simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.

How to complete my order?

We will provide you with details that step you through how to complete your order and we will of course be available for any questions.

You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.

On what items can I use TBYB option?

Currently you can use this service on our Smart HULA collection.
