SMART HULA - Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped with Sendle or Australia Post depending on your shipping address. We attempt to dispatch the same day if the order is placed before 1700 hours AEST. However, please allow up to 1-2 working days to process and dispatch orders from our warehouse. In peak periods, such as Holidays or Black Friday & Cyber Monday please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Orders are shipped from within Australia (Melbourne) so you do not have to expect 1-2 month delays like for other products. We are committed to delivering your order securely and efficiently. Our average delivery time is 1-3 days.

If you make a purchase through Paypal E-check, your order will wait additional processing period until the payment is verified. If you enter a wrong address and the postal service is not able to deliver the product because of that reason, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Note: Due to the current situation caused by Covid-19 some areas may experience shipping delays (1-3 days extra) and tracking information updates may be delayed as well. Our couriers are doing the best they can to deliver the goods to you, but medical supplies and equipment is their number one priority. Thank you for understanding. 

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

All expenses of import duties & taxes are covered by Smart HULA.

ORDER TRACKING

Once we process and ship your order, you will immediately receive your Order Tracking Number (OTN) via email and/or text message. If you didn't receive your Order Tracking Number (OTN) and 5 business days have already passed, please contact us and we will find a reason or solution as soon as possible.
