Fast delivery. One hitch- ordered 2 different colours, ordered an extension kit of 4 extra links and they sent 2 x 2 different colours, tucked under the inside packaging. I was expecting the 4 extra of one colour, in its own packaging. To be honest, I wasn't happy about it but to change it would be costly for P&H so lived with it. I have suggested that the extra link section have a colour selection (I thought it did and I ticked aquamarine but obviously not) also the extra links should be packaged clearly as separate, not fall out when you pull out the inner liner, they hurt when they land on your feet.
Easy to put together, fun to use, already one friend decided to buy one after she saw me doing it, so that's cool.
Would I recommend? Absolutely, customer service was great and open to suggestions in ways of reducing confusion, it's Aussie owned/run, good quality and fun.

I got it delivered and tried it out straight away. I was a bit frustrated as I struggled getting my body into the rhythm of hula hooping. My husband did it first go and it worked for him. However over the course of a few days and helpful tips from hubby and watching videos online. I managed to finally get into a rhythm of it. I still have trouble here and there but I absolutely love it. The longest I have gone without stopping is 2 minutes. It really does work out the core/stomach!
I can wait to see my progress in a few months!!!

Being a large (au size 26) woman with very limited mobility, exercise is really not an event I particularly like or do. I decided to give this smart hula a chance, as there is no heavy stepping etc. Once the laughing had stopped and I got the rhythm, I loved it and still do, it has only been 1 week, but I love it, this 60 year old is feeling younger and fun.

This is a fun way to get movement in! It is very sturdy and easy to get together! I am a cyclist but bought this to get other forms of movement in and it helps you keep track of your workout! Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a fun way to workout!

This was an impulsive buy a month ago after watching Tiktok videos of the product.
It was very easy to assemble. To make it spin properly, You have to make sure that you make it fits your waist comfortably.
After trying it out a few times, I got the hang of it and I now use it as a daily exercise along with some static cycling and can already see the effects on my body tone.
It's good for the waist obviously and your thighs.
If you haven't exercised for a while your body will hurt for a few days but with some discipline continue using the hoop its worth it.

having lots of trouble keeping it going but that is because I have to wear it too high on waist as I didn't order enough extra links to wear it lower. I will keep going but as the difference I can feel in 3 days is remarkable. I know I can order more links but the slowness of Australia post is putting me off getting more.

From the weight mechanism to the touch of the weight, locking it onto and off your body is an absolutely breeze also. The packaging was also great and better than other brands.

I used Smart HULA for a few months and initially I wasn't sure what I was getting in to. But now... I just can't believe my eyes so I HAD to write this review!!!
How is this possible? Only thing I did was dance around for 30 minutes with my Smart HULA every day. I did use my weights some days. The pictures don't lie OMG! Recommend it to anyone who has no idea how to start your fitness journey... like I did a few months back! Love, love love Smart HULA!

When I bought the Smart HULA I went into thinking ~there's no way this is going to work~ I measured my waist and I needed two extra links, which you can actually get without buying a whole other extra hula hoop.
Customer service was amazing and I had no worries because of the 3-year warranty and the 14-day money back. It arrived quite soon in a great package (with a carry on bag and a measuring tape for free) and I was eager to try it!
So I put it on (so easy to put together!), but... boy, let me tell you, every doubt I had about the Smart HULA went flying out of the window. Because it was actually super hard to get it moving - I had to move all my muscles and could really feel it in my core and glutes.
With time, with more practice, the easier it got to keep the momentum going. Now I don't want to stop using it. Literally, I look forward to the time I actually work out!
I can tell that I have gained more stomach muscles after 2 months of working out (this has never happened to me before!) and can wear my jean pants again!

I have been using the item every day and it is awesome. I wanted to strengthen my core and back, however, Smart HULA makes you use every part of the body to make it turn around your body. I have already removed one part of the hoop to make it smaller

Initially I was nervous that the hoop wouldn't fit around my waist since I'm a size 14, but surprisingly enough it did. I'm not the most coordinated person so I've never been able to master a regular hula hoop so my nerves kicked in wondering if I could do a weighted one. My husbands and kids have used it a few times and have mastered it so I'm excited to get to their level. Watching the videos here on how to use it. After using this I'm confident that I'll be able to use a "regular" hula hoop also, down the line.

The Smart HULA is easy to set up, adjust and use. The segments can be easily added or removed to comfortably fit my waist. "Hooping" is easier with the Smart HULA compared to the conventional hula hoop, as it stays along a fixed circumference around my waist. The best thing about it is that this allows me to focus on keeping the momentum going, and not fussed about the hoop falling down!

Easy to assemble and easy to use. Need to watch the how-to video to figure out how to use.... little FYI :) When you get the hang of it, it is loads of fun! figure that'll get easier the more I use it. You have to swing the ball with your hand to get it going. No complaints, loving it so far! Will continue to update.

The Smart HULA is easy to assemble and let you enjoy the spinning. Unlike the traditional hula hoop, this one has a heavy ball on the side, once you spin, the weight of the heavy ball keeps the hula hoop spinning on your waist. The customer service is great too! I’m a 59 yrs young female who enjoys working out. The Smart HULA was very easy to put together most of it comes intact. Depending on your waist size you might need to add or remove sections. I got this hula hoop to add some variety to my fitness routine. I started this journey with a size 41.5 waist, I can’t wait to see the transformation. Customer service responds quickly and they are very willing to answer your questions via email. I am planning on getting another one only because I want a purple one and when I ordered mine they didn’t have purple. If you want to take your work out to another level, switch things up and have Smart HULA challenge, this is a the one to buy!

I got the Smart HULA as an alternative to the regular one and I have to say - it is much more fun! It took awhile for me to get used to it but it was worth it. After couple of minutes of exercises with it - I feel my 'hidden' muscles working and my fat burning. I feel it is really effective - my body works every second.
